Microsoft opens up its harassment and discrimination policies to a third party review

A third-party law firm has been hired to review Microsoft’s policies on sexual harassment and gender discrimination. In the final report, the results of sexual harassment investigations against the company’s senior leadership and board of directors, including former CEO Bill Gates, will be summarized. The review will also analyze Microsoft’s policies, practices, and commitments. According to its shareholders, Microsoft was accused of 238 cases of gender discrimination or sexual harassment in 2018.
